Measures such as “Advisory Panel Round Table Conferences” that collected opinions of various experts, “Interviews” with outside experts, and “Regional Round Table Conferences” at eleven locations within the prefecture were held, at which the Governor himself explained the Vision and exchanged opinions with many people.
